John Taylor serves as Consortium for Energy Efficiency's Executive Director, where he has worked since 2002. At the Consortium for Energy Efficiency, leading United States and Canadian efficiency program administrators develop consensus-based strategies to accelerate adoption of energy efficiency and load management solutions that benefit all customers, reduce carbon, and improve the reliability of energy delivery systems.  John has a master's degree in economics and public policy from Duke University and serves on the Board of Directors for his municipal utility.    

Hwikwon Ham was appointed to the Public Utilities Commission by Governor Walz, on January 3, 2024. Commissioner Ham is a member of the National Association of Regulatory Utility Commissioners (NARUC) where he serves on the Committee on Electricity, and the Committee on Consumers and the Public Interest. Prior to his appointment, Commissioner Ham spent 20+ years in state government working on energy issues. Most recently, he was the supervisor for the regional energy program within the Commission. Prior to his tenure with the PUC, he was an energy rates analyst with the Minnesota Department of Commerce.  His expertise lies in ensuring grid reliability, fostering efficient energy markets, guiding transmission planning, and advocating for equitable transmission cost allocation. Commissioner Ham has defended Minnesota interests within the complex landscape of federally regulated Regional Transmission Organizations and engaged in the MISO stakeholder process. He has served as a staff member of the Organization of MISO States and led the Market Work Group.    

Jerry Joseph has held leadership roles at Énergir since 2009. Following mandates in Accounts Receivable and Billing, he joined the Sales team in 2018. He currently serves as Executive Director, Geothermal Solutions & Customer Relations, where he contributes to Énergir’s commercial direction and advances the organization’s business transformation priorities. Jerry provides strategic leadership for customer communications, oversees the deployment of Énergir’s geothermal initiative, and facilitates the strategic positioning of the commercial offering. Drawing on deep expertise in customer relations, business architecture, and operations management, Jerry is recognized as a key contributor to the evolution of Énergir’s business model

As a senior research scientist at Center for Energy and Environment, Josh works on grid modernization efforts including strategic electrification, solar energy deployment optimization, and using efficiency and other DERs to manage distribution system capacity. His recent work includes HVAC duct leakage and retrofit sealing, condensing boiler efficiency, energy recovery ventilation systems, garage contaminant transport, and residential furnace efficiency retrofits.

Becky Walker is NEEA’s Chief Program Officer. She leads and advances NEEA’s portfolio of work, including emerging technology, codes and standards, Market Transformation programs, market analytics, research and evaluation, and regional energy use studies. She and her team work to transform the market and advance energy efficiency capability and results for Idaho, Montana, Oregon and Washington. Prior to her current role, Becky led market strategy and execution, emerging technology, and codes and standards. Before that, she led NEEA's natural gas portfolio. Prior to joining NEEA in 2018, Becky was a Program Director at CLEAResult overseeing a portfolio of residential and commercial programs in the Northwest. Other prior experience includes managing an award-winning commercial new construction efficiency program and overseeing CLEAResult’s key account strategy and team. She has a master's degree in environmental and Energy Policy from the University of Delaware and a bachelor's degree in physics from Wake Forest University.
